WHAT TO DO IF YOUR APPLIANCE DOES NOT WORK
Problems CAUSES SOLUTIONS
Leaking from the lid.
Volume of ingredients is too large. Reduce the quantity of ingredients used.
The seal is not there.
Position the sealing joint (A4) on the sub-lid (A3) and
clip this assembly onto the lid (A2).
The seal is cut, damaged.
Change the seal, contact an authorised service
centre.
Wrong accessories.
Check that you are using the recommended
accessory.
The sub-lid is not there. Clip the sub-lid fitted with its seal to the lid.
Leakage through the bowl
drive shaft.
The seal (B2) is not properly positioned. Correctly position the seal.
The seal (B2) is damaged. Contact an authorised service centre.
The locking ring is poorly tightened. Lock the ring correctly.
Smell coming from the
motor.
When using the appliance for the first time, or in
the event of motor overload caused by too large a
quantity of ingredients or pieces that are too hard
or too big.
Allow the engine to cool down (approximately 30
minutes) and reduce the quantity of ingredients in
the bowl.
The blades do not turn
easily.
Food pieces are too big or too hard.
Reduce the size or the quantity of ingredients
used. Add liquid.
“E1” display Product failure
Contact the After Sales Centre, indicating the error
displayed.
“E2” display Product failure
Contact the After Sales Centre, indicating the error
displayed.
“E3” display
The bowl is not on the motor block or it is
incorrectly positioned on the engine block. The lid
is not properly locked in place.
Remove the bowl from the engine block, properly
lock the lid in place and put the assembled set
back on the motor block. If the fault persists, bring
the appliance to the After Sales Service
“E4” display
Appliance overheating. The appliance has been
used too intensively or with too many ingredients.
Leave the appliance to rest for 30 mins, then turn it
o and back on again using the main switch (0/1).
Reduce the quantities of ingredients in the bowl.
If the error reappears quickly, increase the resting
time or reduce the ingredients. If the fault persists,
bring the appliance to the After Sales Service
Problems CAUSES SOLUTIONS
“E5” display Temperature sensor overheating.
Leave the bowl to cool for 30 mins and then turn
it o back on again using the main switch (0/1).
Be sure to cook the ingredients with a minimum
amount of fat or water depending on the recipe
being used. If the problem persists, return the
appliance to the After Sales Centre, indicating the
error displayed.
“E6” display Product failure
Bring the appliance to the After Sales Centre,
indicating the error displayed.

The packaging is comprised exclusively of materials which do not pose danger to the environment, and
which can be disposed of in accordance with recycling provisions in force.
To scrap the appliance, inquire with the appropriate services in your area.

Give it to a collection point for processing.
