  If your Mova Vacuum Cleaner can't connect to Wi-Fi, there might be an issue with the Wi-Fi connection itself. Try resetting the Wi-Fi and downloading the newest version of the Dreamehome app before attempting to reconnect. Also, ensure that location permissions are enabled for the Dreamehome app. Check that the robot is within good Wi-Fi coverage range and is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as 5GHz is not supported. Finally, double-check that you've entered the correct Wi-Fi username and password.
