The MUC-01 automatic bread maker is intended for automatic baking of bread.
To make bread with this appliance, you only need to prepare the ingredients per
the recipe of choice and monitor the process. The bread maker will knead the
dough, rise the loaf and bake it until finished for you. MUC-01 features 12 differ-
ent programs for baking several types of bread, as well as cooking jams and fruit
preserves. The bread maker will also help you knead dough for other meals; with
a suitable program, it can mix the recipe ingredients thoroughly and for the re-
quired time. You can select three bread loaf weight levels and two levels of crust
colour, or even program the processing time.
INSTRUCTIONS ASSOCIATED WITH USE SAFETY
Before use thoroughly read the operation manual.
Place the bread maker with a minimum clearance of 15 cm at all sides and 30
cm above.
Extreme care is required in case of children presence in vicinity of the appliance!
Do not immerse the appliance, its cord and plug in water or any other fluids.
Do not remove the plug from the mains by pulling by the cord.
Do not use the appliance in case of its damage, also if its cord or plug is dam
-
aged – in such case the appliance should be handed over to an authorized
service shop for repair.
The bread maker surfaces can become hot when in use. Caution: hot surface
when in use and directly afterwards. Open and close the bread maker lid with
the lid handle only.
Insert and remove the bread pan by the bread pan handle. Use heat-resistant
kitchen gloves.
To avoid the risk of damage, fire or injury, always use the attachments recom
-
mended by the manufacturer.
Never leave cardboard, paper, candles and other flammable materials on the
bread maker. Do not operate the bread maker with the lid open. Never place any
objects made of plastic, cardboard, paper or other flammable or easily melted
materials inside the bread maker oven.
Caution: burn hazard when removing the bread pan and hot fat.
Do not leave the appliance without supervision in course of its operation.
Do not spray water on the lid window directly after use.
Do not place the appliance in vicinity of electric and gas cookers, burners, ovens,

The appliance should be connected into the socket with grounding pin.
