INGREDIENTS:
Fresh and washed plums, apricots, cherries,
etc.: 420 g
Water: 2 tablespoons, cold
Gelling sugar: 420 g
Lemon juice: ½ of squashed lemon
Lemon peel
PROCEDURE:
Add the ingredients to the bread pan, insert the
bread pan into the bread maker, and start the
JAM program.
YEAST CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
Live yeast: 25 g
Sugar: 1 teaspoon
Milk: 150 ml, lukewarm
Eggs: 2
Wheat flour: 380 g
Butter: 70 g
Vanilla sugar: 10 g
PROCEDURE:
Put broken down yeast in the bread pan and
cover it with a teaspoon of sugar; once the yeast
has become liquid, add milk, eggs, flour (to cov-
er the liquid ingredients), all sugar, and butter.
Input the bread loaf weight of 900g, select the
dark crust level, and start the CAKE program.
When the program is finished, wait for the bread
maker to finish Heat Hold.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Clean the bread maker thoroughly after each use to prevent fouling with fat and unpleasant
odour.
2. Unplug the bread maker from power and wait until it cools down completely.
3. Do not submerge the bread maker body (1) in water; do not clean it under running water.
4. Gently wipe clean the bread maker body (1) and the oven interior (4) with a damp cloth.
5. The bread pan (9) and the kneading paddle (10) are protected by a special no-stick coat; clean
it with very soft implements and gentle detergents.
6. If the kneading paddle is stuck on the bread pan shaft, pour in boiling water, leave for about
20 minutes, drain the water and try to remove the kneading paddle again.
7. Keep the appliance and its accessories in a dry place.
8. If you will not use the appliance for a long time, keep it in its original packaging.
BREAD BAKING TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Cause Solution

Smoke comes out of the bread
maker vents.
Some ingredients have been spilled
inside the bread maker oven.
Stop processing, unplug the appliance
from power, leave it to cool down, and
thoroughly clean the oven interior.

The bread has sunk.
The dough has been in the bread
maker for too long.
Remove the bread loaf after Heat Hold at
the latest.
