MEMORY
The bread maker will keep the input settings for 20 minutes after a power failure. If power is
restored in less than 20 minutes, the set program will be resumed with all the input settings
from the moment of power outage. If power is not restored within 20 minutes, the bread mak-
er will restart in the default mode when the power comes back and you will need to restart the
baking process. This function is intentional; certain baking programs cannot be successfully
resumed in over 20 minutes. The memory time may vary slightly between the programs.
TEMPERATURE MONITORING
The bread maker will only start a bread baking program when the oven temperature is close
to the ambient temperature. This is extremely important for good dough making and user’s
safety. If the oven temperature is too high to start baking (after the last program), the display
will indicate this with H.HH in (W4).
START DELAY
Starts baking after a delay time preset by the user. This allows baking a hot product right
in the time you require. The delay time is set by adding hours with (K3) and minutes (K4) to
the displayed program time, which depends on the selected program number. The displayed
time is the total time of delay + program time, e.g. if 10h 00m is displayed, this will be the
time in which the delayed program will end. The maximum delay + program time setting is
13h 30m, depending on the selected program.
INSERTING AND REMOVING THE BREAD PAN
1. Put the kneading paddle (10) on the shaft in the bread pan (9). To do so, align the shaft cham-
fer with the kneading paddle hole.
2. Lower the bread pan (9) into the bread maker oven (4) slightly offset from the parallel with
the oven walls. When the bread pan base meets the oven shaft seat, turn the bread pan
clockwise until the shaft seat engages the base with a click and the bread pan stops turning
(the bread pan walls should be now parallel to the oven walls).
The bread pan is symmetrical and can be installed turned by 180°.
CAUTION! Place the bread pan with the kneading paddle and the bread dough ingredients already inside to
operate the bread maker. Do not pour the ingredients to the bread pan already in the oven; if any ingredient
is spilled out of the bread pan and into the oven, there will be a risk of FIRE. Do not start any bread maker
program with the bread pan empty.
3. Remove the bread pan from the bread maker oven by reversing the steps required to insert
it: turn the bread pan counter-clockwise from the parallel with the oven walls and lift the
bread pan out by the handle.
CAUTION! The bread pan is very hot. Handle the bread pan by the handle and with heat-resistant kitchen gloves
after baking.
