APPLIANCE PROGRAMS AND FEATURES
AVAILABLE PROGRAMS
The bread maker features 12 different programs for processing bread, dough and other prod-
ucts. Select the program number with (K1). (W3) shows the program number setting.
1. BASIC BREAD – The main bread baking program, suitable for most bread recipes based on
white wheat flour.
2. FRENCH BREAD – Bakes the traditional French crusty bread. This bread type remains fresh
for several hours.
3. SWEET BREAD – Bakes sweet bread types. Suitable for recipes with more sugar and fat than
in regular bread, and can bake bread with fruits.
4. CAKE – Suitable for baking pastry and cakes with yeast or baking powder.
5. WHOLEMEAL BREAD – Bakes wholemeal bread. Select this program when baking bread
with wholemeal flour.
6. TOAST BREAD – Bakes soft toast-type bread that is perfect for traditional sandwiches.
7. KNEADING – Kneads very thick dough types. This program does not bake.
8. JAM – Cooks jams and fruit preserves.
9. YOGHURT BREAD – Bakes yoghurt bread types.
10. LONG KNEADING – Kneads dough for an extended time to perfectly blend aromas. This
program does not bake.
11. FAST BAKING – A fast bread baking program (suitable for wheat and mixed flour bread
types).
