BREAD CRUST COLOUR SETTING
The bread baking process can be set with one of two bread crust colours. Use (K5) to set the
bread crust colour level. (W1) shows the bread crust colour setting. The bread crust colour
setting is not available for Programs 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12.

BREAD LOAF WEIGHT SETTING
You can select three bread loaf weight settings. (450g, 680g, 900g). The bread maker adjusts
the time of ingredient mixing and baking according to the bread loaf weight you set. Use (K2)
to set the bread loaf weight. (W2) shows the bread loaf weight setting. The bread loaf weight
setting is not available for Programs 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12.
HEAT HOLD
When a baking program is finished, this function will hold the bread maker oven hot for up to
1 hour to cool down the loaf slowly to the ambient temperature for extra flavour. (Not avail-
able for Programs 7, 8, and 10). When Heat Hold is on, it is indicated with 0:00 in (W4) on the
display and the display backlight will flash.
