(12) If applicable, do the following:
a) Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to install the goggle clips or faceshield brackets, then install
the goggles and/or faceshield.
b) Use an adjustable wrench and Phillips-head screwdriver to install the NFPA-compliant
Bourke lens.
(13) Install the four suspension retainer lugs by pushing down on the lugs. The lugs will click into
place when they are fully engaged.
(14) Install the headband and ear cover.
5.4.5 Models 360R, 360R-13, and 360S
NOTICE
Model 360R-13 does not include an impact cap.
(1) Turn the fire helmet upside down.
(2) Remove the ear cover and headband.
(3) Remove the impact cap from the shell.
(4) If necessary, do the following to remove the suspension from the impact cap:
a) Disconnect the four suspension attachment clips from the fire helmet slots.
b) Pull up firmly on the suspension to remove it from the impact cap.
(5) If necessary, do the following to install the suspension in the impact cap:
a) Install the suspension in the impact cap.
b) Connect the suspension attachment points to the retaining tabs on the impact cap.
c) Pull on the suspension to make sure the suspension attachment points are fully engaged
and secure.
(6) Install the impact cap assembly in the shell.
(7) Install the headband and ear cover.
