Safety Instructions
● These instructions must be read, thoroughly and with
attention, considered and understood by all persons that
make decisions regarding the use of this product, that
operate it, care for it and maintain it or monitor its func-
tionality.
● In addition to instructions regarding the correct use of the
product these instructions for use also contain important
information for the avoidance of hazards (§ 3, Sec. 3,
Gesetz über technische Arbeitsmittel (Law Governing
Technical Working Equipment).
● Before the product is used, the user must decide whether
it is suitable for the intended use, taking into account
these instructions.
Liability Instructions
● MSA AUER accepts no liability in the event of incorrect or
improper use of the product. Selection and use of the
product are exclusively the responsibility of the persons
involved.
● Warranty claims and claims from any warranties taken
over by MSA AUER for this product are invalid if it is not
used, maintained or serviced in accordance with the
instructions for use.
● The above corresponds to the Liability and Warranty
Regulations of the MSA AUER General Sales Conditions;
it does not modify them.
Maintenance Notes
● This product is to be monitored and maintained by trained
specialists at regular intervals. Records are to be kept
of the inspections and maintenance. Only original
MSA AUER replacement parts are to be used for repair
work. Repairs and maintenance may only be carried out
by authorised workshops or MSA AUER. The authorised
workshops are responsible for the provision of the correct
technical information about equipment, components and
maintenance guidelines. Alterations to equipment or
components are not permitted and invalidate the
approval.
● MSA AUER is only responsible for maintenance and repair
works carried out by MSA AUER itself.
