4 Operating the system
Optimal radio transmission and hence maximum range is only
guaranteed if the receiver antenna is directed towards the
thermal imaging camera with the transmitter.
The range (see technical data) and hence problem-free radio
transmission is dependent upon ambient conditions. Shielding
materials such as walls and steel reinforced concrete, metal
constructions or even high air humidity can cause disturbances
and hence affect the range of a perfect radio transmission.
Should the transmission on one channel be disturbed then a
changeover can be made to the other channel on the camera
and receiver unit.

5.1 Functions of the OSD Buttons (On Sreen Display)

5.2 Structure of the Sub-menus
Each sub-menu can be selected with the menu button. In order
to select the next sub-menu (brightness, contrast, colour, tint,
sharpness, scaling), please press the select button. In order to
change the values of the selected menu, use the „Up” and
„Down” button.
If no buttons are pressed for a few seconds, then the settings
made are stored. The menu button is used to display the menu
and to change over between the sub-menus.
In order to return to the main menu please press the menu button
once (only).
