1. Any connections to the electric motor terminals are strictly forbidden.
2. The test bench should be put into operation only in terms of reliable earthing (to avoid electric
shock).
3. Disconnect the test bench when it is out of use.
4. Disconnect the test bench from power supply before starting any maintenance works. All works
on the test bench electric system should be conducted by a qualied electrician only.
5. It is strongly recommended to avoid leaving the test bench in the mode of operation
unattended.
6. The test bench should operate in a well-ventilated premises. Existence of a big amount of
vapors of highly ammable substances may cause an explosion or re.
7. While working on the test bench, personal protective equipment should be used, such as
gloves, goggles. Remember that the brake uid is usually ammable. Smoking is strictly forbidden
when working with the brake uid. It is poisonous, a lethal outcome is possible when even 100 ml
ingested. In case of accidental swallowing a liquid, clean your stomach immediately. In case of
contact with eyes, rinse them with plenty of water. Turn to a doctor in any case.
1. If there is a failure in the test bench operation, switch it off. A prolonged running of large
current may cause re or damage of the motor winding.
2. To avoid short circuits, it is recommended to periodically check the insulation condition on the
power supply cable.
3. Work with the equipment should be strictly conducted in accordance with the operative rules
and standards of occupational health and safety.
4. The equipment should be strictly used for the purpose intended only and in accordance with
the instructions described in actual User Manual.
5. If the equipment is out of service for a long time, it is strongly recommended to inspect it
carefully before launching. Clean and lubricate it if necessary.
