This jumper is used to enable/disable the BIOS ash. When you intend to update
the BIOS code, short connect pin#2-3 rst. Under normal operation, we suggest
that you enable the BIOS ash protection by short connecting pin#1-2 to protect
the system BIOS from virus infection.
