  If your MSpa Hot Tub isn't heating properly, first, make sure the temperature is set high enough. Then, check the filter cartridge and clean or replace it if it's dirty. Also, ensure the water level is at least at the minimum line. If these steps don't resolve the issue, and the filter pump isn't working, refer to the "FILTER PUMP DOES NOT WORK" section. If the heater has failed, contact the MSpa Service Center.
