  There are several reasons why your MSpa Hot Tub might not be heating properly. Ensure that the temperature is set high enough. A dirty filter cartridge can also cause heating issues, so clean or replace it. Make sure the water level is at least at the minimum water line; add more water if needed. If the filter pump isn't working, refer to the section on 'FILTER PUMP DOES NOT WORK'. If none of these steps help, it could be a heater failure, and you should contact your local MSpa Service Center.
