  If your MSpa Hot Tub is leaking, first check the in&outlet connections to ensure they are securely tightened. Next, verify that the drainage valve is completely closed. If the spa continues to leak, contact the MSpa Service Center. If water is leaking from the spa pool body itself, repair the hole or split using the repair kit material.

  If the filter pump on your MSpa Hot Tub isn't working, it could be due to a clogged filter cartridge. Try cleaning or replacing the filter cartridge. If the issue persists, it may indicate a filter system failure, and you should contact your local MSpa Service Center.
