Overview

The MSpa Tuscany is a portable hot tub designed to provide a luxurious and relaxing spa experience. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, offering flexibility in placement. The spa is designed for household use and emphasizes ease of setup and maintenance.

Function Description:

The MSpa Tuscany functions as a bubble spa, providing a soothing massage experience through its integrated air blower. The control system allows users to manage various functions, including heating, filtration, and bubbling. The heater maintains the water temperature up to 40°C (104°F), ensuring a warm and comfortable soak. The filtration system, with its replaceable cartridges, helps keep the water clean. An integrated ozone generator further enhances water sanitation by producing ozone, which helps in disinfection. The spa also features a timer function for pre-setting heating schedules, allowing users to have the spa ready at a desired time.

Usage Features:

The Tuscany spa is designed for user-friendly operation. The wired control panel provides intuitive access to all functions. Users can easily adjust the water temperature, activate the bubble massage at different intensity levels (300W, 500W, 720W), and turn on the filtration system. The control panel also includes a Celsius/Fahrenheit toggle for temperature display preference. For safety, the bubbling massage function automatically shuts off after 20 minutes and cannot be reactivated for 10 minutes. The ozonator, which aids in water purification, operates independently for 2 hours before automatically turning off, and it cannot be used simultaneously with the bubbling function. A controller locking feature is available to prevent accidental changes to settings. The spa is equipped with a PRCD (Portable Residual Current Device) on the power cord, which must be tested before each use to ensure electrical safety. The spa cover, which includes an inflatable bladder for heat preservation, can be securely locked with buckles and a key, preventing unauthorized access and helping to maintain water temperature. The design allows for straightforward water filling and drainage, with a dedicated drain valve and adapter for connecting a garden hose.

Maintenance Features:

Maintaining the MSpa Tuscany involves regular water care and cleaning. The filter cartridge is a key component for water quality and requires regular inspection and cleaning after each use. A cleaning reminder on the control panel flashes when the filter cartridge needs attention, prompting users to clean or replace it. The cartridge base is designed for easy installation and removal. For optimal performance and hygiene, the spa water should be changed every 3-5 days, depending on usage. Proper water chemistry is crucial, and users are advised to regularly check pH, free chlorine, bromine residual, total alkalinity, and total hardness levels, adjusting them with appropriate spa chemicals according to manufacturer instructions. It is important to add chemicals to water, not the other way around, to avoid strong reactions. The spa tub itself can be cleaned with a sponge and mild soap solution when empty, and it should be thoroughly rinsed. For minor punctures, a repair kit with patches is included. When storing the spa, it should be completely drained, cleaned, and dried, then deflated and disassembled. The original packaging is recommended for storage in a dry, temperature-controlled environment to protect the components. The manual also provides a troubleshooting guide with error codes and solutions for common issues, such as heating problems, filter pump malfunctions, and water quality concerns, directing users to contact MSpa service for more complex problems.
