Shell

Developed by MT HELMETS based on the revolutionary new ABS technology. Two shell sizes to optimize weight, fit and comfort.

Ventilation System Features

The helmet features two air intakes located at the front, which enable the influx of cool air, while the warm air is effectively let out through its rear.

MT-V-35 Shield

The pivoting mechanism system of the MT-V-35 shield guarantees a uniform seal all around and allows the screen to be replaced quickly and easily.

Liner

The interior padding is not only made of hypoallergenic fabric that is removable and washable, but it also keeps you cool and dry in spring/summer and warm in cooler temperatures.

Deflector

The deflector prevents circulating air from entering the helmet. It also helps to further reduce road noise inside the helmet.

Purpose

The main function of a helmet is to protect your head from impact in the event of an accident. It is engineered to offer comfort while riding.

Fit

For maximum safety, it is vital that your MT HELMETS helmet fits properly on your head, with the retention strap correctly and securely fastened.

Product Operations

Shield;Visor Operation

The shield closes with an optimal airtight seal. This feature is enabled by the front button that locks the screen.

Sun Visor Operation

Push up the side tab located on the left side of the helmet to deploy the sun visor. Push down the side tab to retract the sun visor.

Safety

Retention System

Once the chinstrap is opened, you need to take both sections of the strap and keep them slightly separated to facilitate passage of your head.

Micrometric Closure System

The micrometric closure allows for easy and precise adjustment of the chinstrap length. Pass the end of the strap into the micrometric mechanism.

Side Pad and Liner Removal

Instructions on how to remove the side pads and the helmet liner by releasing snaps and tabs.

Chin Guard Removal

Unscrew the bolt and four screws beneath the chin guard to remove the plastic protector and detach the chin guard.

Side Pad Installation

Pass the strap through the opening of the pad, align the cheek pad plate, and attach the side pad snaps to the shell.

Chin Bar

Opening the Chin Bar

Press the trigger located at the lower front part of the chin bar and lift it to its highest point.

Closing the Chin Bar

Lower the chin bar until you hear the lower trigger click.

Shield and Visor

Shield;Visor Operation

Push the front button to release the shield from its sealed position allowing it to be raised. Lower the shield until you hear a click.

Sun Visor Operation

Push up the side tab on the left to deploy the sun visor. Push down the side tab on the left to retract the sun visor.

Disassembling the Shield;Visor

Lift the shield to its highest raised position. Unscrew the shield's fastening mechanism using an Allen key to completely release it.

Assembling the Shield;Visor

Align the shield with the mounting position and screw it in using an Allen key. Lower the shield to the closed position.

Sun Visor Removal

Activate the sun visor and raise the clear screen. Press from inside outwards firmly to remove the sun visor.

Installing the Sun Visor

Ensure the sun visor mechanism is correct. Insert the sun visor into the same slots until you hear a click.

Ventilations

Operation of Front Air Inlets

Slide down the air intake lock mechanism to activate airflow. Slide it upwards to deactivate.

Operation of Upper Air Inlets

Slide backwards the air intake lock mechanism to activate airflow. Slide it forwards to deactivate.

Spoiler and UCS

Spoiler Removal

Unscrew the two Allen key No. 2 screws to release the spoiler. Push to detach it from the helmet.

Intercom Housing (UCS Compatible)

Remove screws from the cover to insert UCS systems into the housing. Place screws back in their original position.

Maintenance and Warranty

Maintenance

Wash helmet components with mild detergent in lukewarm water and air dry. Clean shield with mild soap and water.

Warnings

Do not ride without fastening helmet, clean with solvents, paint, drop from height, or place on mirrors. Do not reuse after accident.
