2. If fuel is low, remove the fuel filler cap and fill the tank
with #2 diesel fuel (Figure 10).

ENGINE OIL CHECK
1. Make sure the pump/engine is on level ground.
2. Pull the engine oil dipstick from its holder and wipe it
clean.
3. Reinsert the dipstick.
4. Pull out the dipstick and check the oil level (Figure 11).

5. If the oil level is close to the ‘min.’ mark, add engine
oil through the oil filler hole up to the ‘max.’ mark.
Depending on accessibility, use either the upper oil
filler hole (Figure 12) or the lower filler hole (Figure 13).
