QUICK GUIDE
1. Insert the power plug of your Mini MUSSANA Whipping Cream Machine into a
suitable mains supply.
2. Ensure that the cream container which has the liquid cream you would like to
siphon is on the same table as the machine.
3. Your Mini Mussana Whipping Cream Machine should be rinsed with about 2 litres
of cold water before using it for the rst time. Press the manual button to siphon
the water.
4. Now place your cream container with pre-cooled cream (min. 30% fat) beside the
machine on the same table.
5. Then hang the pump's suction tube in the cream container and press the manual
button to siphon the cream.
6. Control the desired consistency of the cream using the air regulator.
7. To siphon cream, you can turn the button after pressing it. The machine now starts
whipping all the cream which is inside the container.
8. For reasons of hygiene, breaks should not last longer than 1 hour if the machine
is not being used in a cold store. If there are longer breaks, the machine has to be
cleaned in between. Otherwise, once per day at the end of work.
9. We recommend daily cleaning of the machine with Mussana Mikroclean in
accordance with the cleaning manual. Should a different commercially available
cleaner is used, its cleaning instructions are to be followed.
10. Please thoroughly read the user manual.
