CARE AND MAINTENANCE
1. Never rub the external casing with rough objects, as these can scratch the surface.
To remove stubborn fat residues, a commercially available stainless steel cleaning
agent can be used.
2. A visual inspection of the sealing ring should also be made sometimes, especially
in the whipping system and suction tube.
3. Cleaning and disinfection over and above normal machine maintenance is not
required.
4. If there are any problems which you cannot solve yourself using our fault table,
please contact your dealer.
