FAULT TABLE
Please note:
Opening the machine casing is only permitted following previous consultation with the
relevant specialist dealer.
Improper opening can damage the electronic components inside the machine.
Fault
1. Pump does not siphon any water or
cream.
2. Cream in the whipping system turns
to butter.
3. Consistency of the cream is too
runny.
4. One or several buttons on the
operating panel not working.
Advice
1. Pump is dry. Add some liquid through
the opening of the air regulator.
The pump then starts siphoning
automatically.
2. Cream is too warm and / or the air
regulator is set too high. Dismantle
and clean the whipping system.
Reassemble all parts and use a lower
air setting. Pre-cool the cream well.
3. Turn the air regulator again.
Air regulator is blocked. Dismantle the
valve into 3 parts and clean.
4. No self-help possible.
