Common causes for functional errors of the unit are defective 12-volt installations in ice
cream vans. Incorrect cable cross-sections and cable connections which are too small,
or switching elements for other AC loads, or insuffi ciently charged or defective battery
packs can be the reason for a pump motor either not starting or starting intermittently,
for example. In the worst case scenario, a fi re could break out.
Have your vehicle prepared for 12-volt vehicle electronics by an authorised specialist
workshop.
