4. Place five drops of carriage rail oil on the two absorbents at the tip of the cleaning tool and let the oil
soak.
5. Put the cleaning tool against the running surface on the upper side of carriage rail, and move the
cleaning tool to other side for several times.
＊ Running surface : Surface where the roller touches for shuttling.
・ Lightly press the two protrusions of the cleaner against the rail.
6. Clean the running surface on the lower side of carriage rail in the same way.
7. Close front cover.
When oil dropped in the printer, wipe it clean.
