Several applications can be found in this menu:
(1) Bluetooth
(2) Watch faces: Swipe left or right to go through the different watch faces available and tap on the one
you want to select and use
(3) Vibration
(4) Brightness
(5) Activate on wrist flick
(6) Watch info
(7) Reset
