What to do if Napoleon GD36NTR Indoor Fireplace pilot is burning but no gas to main burner?
    • S
      Steven HarrisAug 16, 2025
If the pilot flame isn't large enough or doesn't engulf the thermopile, try turning up the pilot flame. Other solutions include replacing the pilot assembly, cleaning and reconnecting the thermopile connection to the valve, or replacing the thermopile/valve. If the remote wall switch wire is too long, shorten the wire to correct the length or wire gauge. As a last resort, replace the component.
