If the message appears during patient treatment, do not rely on ICP measurements until the Mean ICP value falls within the accuracy range.

  If you are getting a 'Catheter failure' message on your Natus Medical Equipment, it could be due to a sudden pressure change during implantation or removal of the Flex Catheter. Disconnect and reconnect the Flex Catheter after completing the implantation or removal process. If the catheter breaks or fails during initialization, disconnect it and replace it with a new one, following the directions for use supplied with the catheter.
