  If your Nautilus Treadmill isn't powering on, try the following: * Ensure the treadmill is plugged into a working outlet. * Verify the safety key is properly inserted. * Reset or replace the circuit breaker, checking its continuity. * If the 115VAC and +12V LEDs are off, inspect the household circuit breaker and the 15 amp fuse on the Dual Board. If both are functional, consider replacing the power cord. * As a last resort, the Dual Board may need replacement. * Also, if LEDs flash after inserting the Safety Key, replace the upper electronics.

  If your Nautilus Treadmill's speed display is inaccurate, set the speed at 3 MPH and count the revolutions of the running belt in one minute. Then, perform the following calculation: * For T514 or T516 models: (Revolutions x 10.2917 x 60) / 5280 = _____ MPH. * For T518 models: (Revolutions x 10.7917 x 60) / 5280 = _____ MPH.

  If the fuses in your Nautilus Treadmill keep blowing or the circuit breaker trips, check the lubrication between the belt and the deck. If lubrication is adequate, examine the condition of the deck surface and the underside of the belt. Also, verify the walking belt tension.

  If the heart rate reading on your Nautilus Treadmill is inconsistent, ensure that devices like TVs, computers, two-way radios, and microwaves are not operating within approximately 8-10 feet of the treadmill.

What to do if there is no belt movement with elevation on my Nautilus Treadmill?

  If your Nautilus Treadmill belt doesn't move during elevation, check the LED lights on the Dual Board: * Ensure DT6/MC PWM, DT9/Motor Power, and ILT4/Arm Volt are lit. * If DT6/PWM isn't lit, check the yellow wire seating in the 6-pin I/O plugs and the VDC between the blue and yellow wires. If it reads 12 VDC+, replace the LCB; otherwise, replace the Upper Electronics. * If MC/Sig LED is lit but the other two aren't, replace the Dual Board. * If none of the three LEDs are lit, replace the I/O cables and the Upper Electronic Board. * If all three LEDs are lit, check for DC voltage at the A1 & A2 posts. If there's DC voltage, replace the motor; if not, replace the Dual Board.
