First, ensure the Safety Key is properly plugged into the console. Also, the unit may be overloaded, causing the power to shut off to protect the motor. In this case, follow the maintenance schedule for belt lubrication, ensure the walking belt tension is correct, and then restart the unit.

First, ensure the treadmill is plugged into a functioning wall outlet by testing the outlet with another device. Check the power cord and its connection to the unit for any damage, replacing if necessary. Inspect the cable wires for crimps or cuts and replace the cable if any damage is found. Ensure the cable is securely connected and properly oriented, with the small latch on the connector lined up and snapped into place. If there are visual signs that the console display is cracked or damaged, replace the console. If the console only shows a partial display and all connections are fine, replace the console.

Also, select the Edit User Profile option and ensure that the WIRELESS HR setting is set to ON. Try moving the unit away from sources of interference such as TVs and microwaves.
