Warranty
NC-17 Europe GmbH assumes no liability or warranty for damages
resulting from improper installation and / or improper use of the
APPCON or non-observance of the operating instructions.
warranty terms
The guarantee applies only to material and production defects. NC-
17 Europe GmbH is not liable for the loss of possible data on sent
devices. The free warranty refers to the repair or replacement of
defective parts. Please understand that we cannot provide warran-
ty services for e.g:
- misuse or improper handling, installation or application
- Damage, scratches or abrasion
- Modications, interventions or repairs by third parties
- Damage due to force majeure or transport
However, we are a German craft business and always satisfy our
customers if possible. Please give us a call if the shoe pinches, we
will clarify that immediately. Best before you get grey hair.
Disposal
Obligation to inform according to battery law (BattG)
The APPCON 3000 is marked with the symbol of the garbage
can and is subject to the European Directive 2002/96/EC. All old
batteries and accumulators must be disposed of separately from
household waste by the appropriate government authorities. As a
consumer, you are legally required to dispose of your batteries via
locally available return and collection systems or via
