  If your NC-link Wireless Access Point is connected to the wireless AP but your PC can't access the internet, first check your PC's IP address and DNS settings. If the CPE's WAN setting is set to Dynamic IP, configure your PC's TCP/IP settings to 'Obtain an IP address automatically'. If the CPE's WAN setting is Static IP, you should consult with your ISP for the correct IP address and DNS address.

  If you can't log in to your NC-link Wireless Access Point through web management, ensure that your PC and the CPE's IP addresses are on the same network segment. You can test the CPE's connectivity by pinging the IP address 192.168.188.253 via the command prompt. Also, restore the CPE to its factory default settings to log in. Ensure that no other equipment is using the IP address 192.168.188.253 on the network. Finally, check your computer and network cable, using an unshielded twisted pair 10/100M Ethernet cable is recommended.

  If your NC-link Wireless Access Point (CPE) isn't connecting to the Wireless AP and the connection status shows 'un-connect', try scanning for the AP again. Ensure that the CPE Connect (11b/g/n) settings are correct, and verify that the authentication and key settings on both the CPE and Wireless AP match. The wireless AP’s signal strength should be more than -75dBm.

  If you can't find the AP after scanning with your NC-link Wireless Access Point, try scanning several more times. Ensure that the CPE supports the AP's channel, such as channels 12, 13, and 14. You can also try restoring the CPE to its factory settings and then scanning and managing it again.
