1. Press Soft Key + Soft Key
twice.
2. Press the Soft Key.
3. Press Soft Key (Setting).
Pressing the CONF key from this
screen on will back up the view to the
previous screen.
4. Press Soft Key (Lock).
5. Using the dial pad, select the Group
number.
6. If the Telephone Book is unlocked, the
display shows “[LOCK TELBOOK]”.
Enter the 4-digit password.
If the Telephone Book is locked, the dis-
play shows “[UNLOCK TELBOOK]”.
Enter the 4-digit password.
7. Press to return to the previous
menu display or press to exit.

3. Enter the destination extension number.
