Automatic Call Distribution (Acd)
Agent Log In
To log in:
(1) Press the ACD LOG IN/LOG OUT key (Service
Code 752: *10).
-OR-
(1) Press the Speaker key and dial the Log In
Service Code (Default: *5).
(2) Dial the log in code (up to 20 digits).
Note: This step is not required if the ID code is
disabled.
AIC Agent Log In
To log in:
(1) Press the ACD LOG IN/LOG OUT key (Service
Code 752: *10).
-OR-
(1) Press the Speaker key and dial the AIC Log In
service code – not assigned at default.
(2) Dial the log in code (up to 20 digits).
Note: This step is not required if the ID code is
disabled.
(3) Dial the Agent Identity Code (AIC – up to four
digits).
Note: The ACD LOG IN/LOG OUT key lights.
