To Add Call History Data To Local
Phonebook
STEP 1: Press Pbook or Phonebook while the history
data of the target party is displayed.
STEP 2: Enter a desired name, and press OK.
(In this example, “NEC ABIKO” is entered.)
STEP 3: The telephone number stored on the call his-
tory is displayed. The telephone number can
be changed if necessary. Press OK to add
the displayed data to Local Phonebook.
TIP
If you want to exit Call History, press END.
TIP
The Call History data stored on the system can be
added to Phonebook (controlled by the system) only.
The data cannot be added to the Personal Directory
(described in 4.DIRECTORY OPERATION) controlled
by the telephone.
TIP
Local Phonebook feature allows the user to register up
to 100 records. If exceeding 100 records at this point,
the error message shown below appears. Press OK to
go back to the previous display.
TIP
If name information is stored on the call history, the
name is displayed.
TIP
If “>>>” is pressed on the above screen, the following
soft keys appear. Pressing or Eu-s/Eu-l shifts
characters between uppercase and lowercase.
