Enamel surfaces
• Use warm soapy water or vinegar-based cleaner; dry
afterwards using a soft cloth.
• Do not use oven cleaner.
• Partly self-cleaning surfaces; see the "Catalytic oven
housing" section.
Gas burners
• Remove the burners and caps; use soapy water; dry
thoroughly afterwards.
• Clean the ignitor and thermal element with a damp
cloth or a small, soft brush; dry thoroughly
afterwards.
• When refitting: place the burners on the hobs; place
the burner caps accurately on the burners.
• The burner caps are black enamelled. The colour
changes over time. This does not affect
performance.
Appliance exterior
Stainless steel surfaces
• Use warm soapy water; dry afterwards using a soft
cloth.
• Always remove limescale, fat, starch and egg white
immediately.
• Special steel cleaning cloths are available from the
after-sales service or from specialist retailers.
Glass cover
(in front of the

• Use warm soapy water.
Drawer
• Use warm soapy water.
Pan supports
• Use warm soapy water.
• Do not clean pan supports in the dishwasher.
Accessories
• Soak in hot soapy water; clean with a brush or
sponge.
