Clean mixing chamber, slider cover
and drawer according to cleaning
procedure on page 12-13.
Coee is not being dispensed prop-
erly from the coee outlet.
Stop preparation.

Power button: OFF
Machine cannot be switched on.
If machine still cannot be switched
on contact support desk. If machine
still cannot be switched on, contact
support desk through the informa-
tion found on the back page.
Check if the power plug is plugged
correctly into a mains power socket.
If yes, check your electricity supply.
CAUSE OF TROUBLE: PROCEDURE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM:
Only hot water is being dispensed.
Tap on the top cover and open it. Re-
move coee box and refill it accord-
ing to procedure on page 7.

Coee box cannot be inserted
anymore.

Espresso icon: flashing green

Gently swivel coee box to the front
until Espresso icon lights up. Hold
coee box in this position.

Clean dosing unit and its parts (see
page 13-14). Reassemble it with
coee box. Put coee box back to
machine. Do not push it in by force!
Doing so may damage it!

Touch Espresso icon while holding
coee box in same position until
coee extraction starts. Then push
coee box down.

Close top cover.

Remove coee cup and place a
container with a capacity of at least
200ml under the coee outlet.

Touch Espresso icon to start the rins-
ing process. Afterwards throw away
water from container.
