If you forgot your login username or password, press the Reset button for ten seconds and release it. When the LINK LED begins to blink, the defaults will be restored, and the NetComm Wireless Router restarts. You can then log in with the factory default password 'admin'. It is highly recommended to change the default username and password and store them in a safe place afterward.

If the Power LED does not light up, make sure that the power adapter is securely connected to both the device and an appropriate power source, using only the supplied power adapter. Check that both the device and the power source are turned on and receiving sufficient power. Try turning the device off and on again. If the issue persists, it may indicate a hardware problem, and you should contact your vendor.

How to access the web configuration pages of my NetComm Network Router NF7?
    • M
Mr. Christopher Ramirez MDAug 28, 2025
If you cannot access the web configuration pages of your NetComm Network Router NF7, ensure you're using the correct IP address, which you can verify on the Network Setup configuration page. Also, confirm that remote administration access is enabled and that your computer's IP address matches any configured inbound packet filters. For LAN access, your computer's and the router's IP addresses must be on the same subnet, which can also be checked on the Network Setup page. If you've changed the router's IP address, use the new address in your web browser. If problems persist, reset the router to factory defaults by pressing the reset button for ten seconds until the Power LED blinks, then navigate to 192.168.20.1 and use 'admin' as the username and password.
