  If you're having trouble with the username and password for your NetComm Network Router, reset the device to its factory default settings by pressing the Reset button for 3 seconds until the Power LED begins to blink. After the router restarts, you can log in using the default username and password, which is 'admin'. It's highly recommended to change the default username and password afterwards and store them in a safe place.

  If you cannot access your NetComm Network Router (NF10W) from the WLAN or ping any computer on the WLAN, first check the Wi-Fi LED on the front of the unit to ensure that WLAN is enabled. If you are using a static IP address for the WLAN connection, ensure that the IP address and subnet mask of both the router and your computers are on the same subnet. You can verify the router's configuration on the Network Setup page.

Why is the power LED not lighting up on my NetComm NF10W?

  If the Power LED on your NetComm Network Router isn't lighting up, ensure the power adapter is correctly connected to both the device and a working power outlet, using only the adapter supplied with the router. Verify that both the router and the power source are turned on and that the device is receiving power. Try turning the router off and on again. If the problem continues, it may indicate a hardware issue, and you should contact technical support.

  If the web configuration for your NetComm Network Router isn't displaying correctly, delete your browser's temporary internet files and log in again. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, then Internet Options, and click the Delete Files button. In the Delete Files window, select 'Delete all offline content' and click OK. Note that steps may vary based on your browser version.
