What to do if I forgot my NetComm Network Router username and password?

If you're having trouble with the username and password for your NetComm Network Router, reset the device to its factory default settings by pressing the Reset button for 3 seconds until the Power LED begins to blink. After the router restarts, you can log in using the default username and password, which is 'admin'. It's highly recommended to change the default username and password afterwards and store them in a safe place.
