The following screen displays.
2. In the Utility list, select Traceroute.
3. Specify the following parameters for the traceroute utility:
• Target. The IP address or host name of the computer you are tracing.
• Max Hops.
The maximum number of hops to allow when tracing the route.
• Data Size.
The size (in bytes) of the packet.
• Base Port.
The port number to send the packet to.
• Resolve Host. Select On to resolve the host name to the IP address.
4. Click the Start T
est button.
The traceroute results display.
 To clear the results from the display:
Click the Clear Results button.
DS Throughput Utility
To display the speed test for downstream traffic, run the DS throughput utility.
 To run a DS throughput test:
1. Select ADV
ANCED > Administration > Diagnostics.
