Caution for pumps with tubular rotors:
Where the walls of tubular rotors are worn in the
wear zones, pumping medium may occur inside the
rotor and may come out when pulling off the stator.
Ensure that protective measures have been taken
when pumping dangerous media!
■ Pull the stator (3005) off forwards.
(A stator extractor can be supplied as special
accessory.)
Instructions for disassembly and assembly of the iFD
stator (→ Chapter 9.2).
■ If present, remove the safety covers (0560) on the
lantern (0085).
■ Remove the hex nuts (2030) and spring washers
(2025).
■ Pull the pump housing (2010) off forward.
