Attach the Antennas:
1) The antennas are labeled and will be screwed onto the port as noted in the Quick Start Guide
included in the box.
2) Take care when attaching the antennas as connecting the antenna incorrectly may damage the
antenna or the MegaFi. Finger-tight should be sufficient.
Note: SMA connectors have a maximum torque of 3-5 inch lbs. Over-torquing may damage the
connectors and void warranty.
3) For best performance it is highly recommended to locate the MegaFi near a southern facing
window for best GPS coverage and the unit needs to be installed more than 20” away from any
users as per the FCC rules for the MegaFi.
Connect Power:
Attach the included AC power adapter to the MegaFi and plug into a standard outlet.
Note: Use only the AC adapter supplied with your MegaFi, as other adapters may not have enough
current to properly power the MegaFi.
