Safety valves
F730 has three safety valves, two for the water heater and one for the
climate system.
The water heater’s safety valve sometimes releases a little water after
hot water usage. This is because the cold water, which enters the water
heater, expands when heated causing the pressure to rise and the safety
valve to open. The climate system’s safety valve must be completely
closed and must not normally release any water.
NOTE
Do not remove or adjust any components that are part of this
pressurised water heater. Contact your installer!
NOTE
If the built-in, pressurised water heater develops a fault, e.g. a
flow of hot water from the overflow pipe, turn off the heat pump
and contact your installer.
Cleaning the overflow cup
Condensation forms when the heat pump is working. This condensation
is led off and collected in an overflow cup. In addition to water, a certain
amount of dust and particles also collect in the overflow cup.
