g) The product has been violated and/or non-original parts are found;
h) When the product purchase Tax Receipt is not presented;
i) Use of improper packagings when sending product for repair.
If a manufacturing defect is not veried, and faults resulting from improper
installation or use, the consumer shall be responsible for the expenses.
The product’s transport and packaging are the burden and risk of the
buyer. With these conditions in the supplementary Warranty Term, Nice
Brasil reserves the right to change the general, technical and aesthetic
characteristics of its products without prior notice.
