WARRANTY TERM

Peccinin and Genno brand products have a warranty for all parts, pieces

and components against manufacturing defects for the term of 3 (three)

months (legal warranty) plus 9 (nine) months of additional warranty,

proven with the product purchase tax receipt presented by the end

consumer. In the case of an eventual problem with the product, it should

be sent to a Nice Brasil authorized distributor for this product line, and

if a manufacturing defect is veried, the repair at Nice Brasil’s discretion

may include the replacement of parts or boards for new or reconditioned

equivalent ones. This product and the parts replaced will be warranted for

the remainder of the original term. The warranty will be fully expired if any

of the hypothesis below take place:

a) Failure to observe the product’s technical specications and

recommendations of the Installation Manual in regard to the conditions

of deployment and adequacy of the location for installation, such as

electrical voltage compatible with the product, usage characteristics, etc.

b) Damage caused by accessories or equipment coupled to the product.

c) Poor use, poor conservation has occurred, or if the product has been

subjected to aesthetic and/or functional changes or modications, as well

as if repaired by people or entities not certied by Nice Brasil;

d) When the product damage results from accidents, incidents, forces of

nature (lightning, ooding, landslides, etc.), humidity, power grid voltage

(overcurrent caused by accidents or excessive ripples on the power grid),

inuence of a chemical or electromagnetic nature, resulting from the

natural wear of the parts, pieces and components;

e) When there are failures in the nominal operation of the product

resulting from the lack of cleaning and excess residues, poor

conservation, as well as resulting from the action of animals (insects,

rodents or pets), or also resulting from the existence of objects inside,

foreign to the operation and use purpose;

f) Warranty certicate or serial/batch number are damaged or shows

signs of tampering;
