Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Main Frame and Hydraulic Cylinder Assembly

Assemble the main frame, attach the hydraulic cylinder using plug, screw, nut, pin ball, and pin.

Step 2: Front Stabilizer Installation

Mount the front stabilizer onto the main frame using screws, nuts, and washers.

Step 3: Rear Stabilizer Installation

Mount the rear stabilizer onto the main frame using screws, nuts, and washers.

Step 4: Handlebar Tube Attachment

Insert the handlebar tube into the main frame and secure it using the knob.

Step 5: Handlebar Assembly

Align and attach the handlebar to the handlebar tube using screws, nuts, and washers.

Step 6: Monitor Installation

Mount the exercise monitor onto the designated tab on the handlebar.

Step 7: Left Pedal Attachment

Attach the left pedal to the pedal connecting tube, tightening it clockwise.

Step 8: Right Pedal Attachment

Attach the right pedal to the pedal connecting tube, tightening it clockwise.

Step 9: Resistance Bands Installation

Connect the resistance bands to the front stabilizer's D-type buckle.

Step 10: Monitor Battery Installation

Install the AA battery into the exercise monitor by opening the compartment.

Adjusting the Balance

Adjust the rear stabilizer end cap to level the machine on the floor surface.

Seat Tube Adjustment

Adjust seat tube height by aligning holes and inserting the pull plug.

Resistance Adjustment

Rotate the hydraulic cylinder to select the desired resistance level (16 levels).
