Movie VR
Select the vibration reduction setting used when recording movies.
Select Off when using a tripod to stabilize the camera during shooting.

The effects of camera shake may not be completely eliminated in some situations.

Option Description
V On (hybrid)
(default setting)
Performs optical compensation for camera shake
using lens shift VR and simultaneously performs
electronic VR using image processing. The angle of
view (i.e., the area visible in the frame) becomes
narrower.
g On
Performs compensation for camera shake using lens
shift VR.
Off Compensation is not performed.
Enter shooting mode M d button M D menu icon M Wind noise
reduction M k button
Option Description
Y On
Reduces the sound that is produced when wind
passes over the microphone during movie recording.
Other sounds may become difficult to hear during
playback.
Off (default setting) Wind noise reduction is disabled.
