2. Microscopic Procedure
Move the 10x objective into the
optical path.
Rotate the revolving nosepiece
until the 10x objective clicks into
place.
Set the specimen in place with the
cover glass facing up.
Raise the condenser as high as it
will go.
Fully open the field diaphragm and
condenser aperture diaphragm.
