Procedure
The
general
procedure
for
microscopy
is
described
below.
For

the
microscope
has
not
yet
been
assembled,
see
chapter
“4.
Assembly"
first
Turn
on
the
power.
(Flip
the
switch
to
the
“17
side.)
As
soon
as
the
power
comes
on,
the
switch
lights.
Set
the
brightness
adjuster
to
give
B
the
desired
brightness.
Pressing
the
auto-photo
switch
will
set
the
voltage
for
the
brightness
that
provides
the
best
color
reproduction.

Insert
filters
NCBI

into
the
optical
path.
NCBI1
improves
color
reproduction.

Push
in
the
analyzer
slider
of
the
intermediate
tube
to
remove
the
analyzer
from
the
optical
path.
Put
the
Bertrand
lens
turret
in
the
Bertrand
lens
from
the
optical
path

Flip
the
switch
to
the

side.
Insert
filters.

Adjust
the
brightness.
Auto-photo
switch
can
be
pressed.
Push
in
the
analyzer
slider.
Turn
the
turret
to
the
"O"
position.
