This symbol on the stage reminds you of the following cautions:
Do not touch the main body or the stage while the equipment is in
motion. Your hands or fingers could be caught in the machinery.
Do not place your hands or fingers within the movement range of the
stage in the X and Y directions or under the components that move in
the Z direction. Your hands or fingers could be caught in the
machinery.
When working on the stage, such as placing a workpiece on the
stage, never move the movable components.
