Why won't my Ninja Blender motor base stick to the counter?
    • K
      Kimberly JensenSep 12, 2025
If the Ninja blender's motor base won’t stick to the counter or tabletop, ensure both the surface and suction feet are clean. The suction feet only adhere to smooth surfaces and may not stick to wood, tile, or non-polished finishes. Do not use the appliance when the motor base is stuck to an unsecure surface, such as a cutting board, platter, or plates.

What does the 'Err' message mean on my Ninja BL640 Blender?
    • J
      James ChangSep 12, 2025
If you are getting an “Err” message on your Ninja Blender, note that your blender can detect which jar is on the base. You may be trying to use a program that is not designed for the installed jar. The programs will light up indicating which programs are available for each jar.
